Crafted Highlights:
In the role of Technician working at the Moncton Brewery, the successful candidate will work across all operations teams with a primary focus in brewing operations and asset care. As a member of the Moncton team, this individual will learn and use WCSC processes and daily management systems to challenge current practices and implement/sustain improvements.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Operate packaging, brewhouse, or laboratory equipment under the guiding principles of Safety the Molson Coors Way and World Class Supply Chain.
- Continue with the implementation of Quality & Food Safety programs to ensure compliance to global QFS standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain equipment under the umbrella of the Moncton brewery's asset care program.
- Provide technical knowledge to the brewery teams based on personal skillset and prior experience working in a similar brewery.
- Participate in problem solving and clean-up activities.
- Assist in the analysis, and investigation of product complaints until resolutions formulation, implementation, and closure of corrective measures
Key Ingredients:
- 3-5 Years of relevant experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment as a technician or skilled trade

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $66,900.00 - $87,800.00 (posting salary range) + 9% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
