The Headlines:
As the National Supply Planner working in Longueuil, QC, you will be part of the supply chain and service team. You will manage the supply planning processes that determine production plans, brewing, packaging, distribution, inventory, and supplier requirements, as well as the processes that oversee the execution of product supply plans, coordinate corrections, and implement contingency plans for the supply chain.
This position reports to the Supply and Services Manager – Quebec and Atlantic Canada, and the planner collaborates with commercial, manufacturing, and logistics teams in Canada and the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Administer the supply planning process to establish and execute integrated product supply plans across Molson Coors.
- Contribute to detailed supply plans as part of the sales and operations planning process and other related execution processes for product supply.
- Provide supply plans to managers, planners, and analysts within the integrated supply chain.
- Assist senior supply planning analysts in creating and managing timely and accurate supply chain plans that ensure balanced results in finance, quality, service, productivity, and business growth in accordance with Molson Coors' annual plan.
- Ensure supply plans are established based on capacity constraints.
- Identify and develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, primarily within an integrated supply chain.
- Assist planners and analysts across the integrated supply chain in executing product supply plans.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge and understanding of the interdependencies of capacity and production planning, scheduling processes, distribution modes, inventory management, flow and materials planning, as well as a basic understanding of forecasting, transportation, distributor operating activities, and sales.
- Provide recommendations and contribute to tactical planning in the short and medium term across multiple sectors.
- Analyze large volumes of information and assess and resolve complex problems in a rapidly evolving, ambiguous environment.
- Possess knowledge of cutting-edge supply chain management systems and processes. Familiar with SAP planning and optimization systems.
- Ability to execute new strategies that give Molson Coors a competitive advantage in the market through efficient product supply processes.
- Ability to understand customer needs and develop product supply strategies that meet the objectives of both the customers and Molson Coors.
- Ability to quickly assess situations, determine the root causes of problems, create multiple solutions, make informed decisions, and communicate effectively at various organizational and functional levels across Molson Coors.
- Ability to establish and rapidly develop effective working relationships across the organization.
- Ability to operate at both the tactical and operational levels in implementing product supply strategies and plans that execute Molson Coors' long-term business strategies and effectively meet the day-to-day needs of Molson Coors and its customers.
- Ability to communicate highly complex technical and analytical issues in simple business language to a wide range of stakeholders across the organization.
Education or Experience:
- 5 years or more of experience in supply chain planning, operations management, or a related discipline.
Other Qualifications:
- You have a post-secondary degree in a relevant field with 1 to 3 years of inventory management experience.
- Experience in logistics or production scheduling is preferred.
- You have excellent communication and analytical skills.
- You possess experience with SAP processes or relevant inventory management experience.
- You enjoy challenges and complete complex projects quickly and adeptly, thanks to your understanding of business priorities.

- You are fully bilingual in French and English.
- You are able to travel within Canada and/or the U.S. 2 to 3 times a year.
