The Headlines:

As a Customer Solutions Intern, you will be part of the Early Talent Program. Our Early Talent Program is Molson Coors’ undergraduate summer internship program, where students are exposed to the beverage industry, engaged in real-world problem-solving, and immersed in social and educational opportunities with other interns.  The internship is full-time, beginning in May through August. Housing assistance is available to candidates who meet eligibility requirements. Interns who successfully complete the Early Talent Program are eligible for full-time positions within Molson Coors Beverage Company, upon graduation.

You will gain hands-on experience and work closely with our regional and national teams in a variety of areas. Gained experience will include, but not limited to, brand activation, customer solutions, field sales and sponsorship & events. You will be part of the Canada Commercial team in Halifax within our Early Talent Program.


The Responsibilities:

  • Live and breathe our company culture and represent Molson Coors Canada – You will represent some of Canada’s most well recognized brands!
  • Develop knowledge and experience on the Atlantic retail landscape and the various retail channels to enable brilliant execution of retail programming.
  • Assist Customer Solutions Managers and Key Account Managers as needed with customer presentations and projects.
  • Collaborate within many different areas of the business such as sales, marketing, brand activation, social media & events.
  • Support new product launch plans, design and execute retail programming, design point of sale materials and other selling materials.
  • Assist sales team in planning and execution of events.
  • Help to manage and deploy our team of brand ambassador team throughout the summer
  • Hands on support for field sales across many functions
