The Headlines:
In the role of HR Senior Admin Assistant working in Chilliwack, BC you will be part of the Fraser Valley Brewery HR Team. You will be responsible for providing general (HR-related) administrative support to the brewery and World Class Supply Chain/Education and Training initiatives.
This position reports to the HR Manager and works closely with a variety of operational business units.
The Responsibilities:

Execute office activities and HR processes in a timely and accurate manner

Compile and produce complex information for inclusion in reports or presentations, including the creation of charts, graphs or tables

Deliver training and support brewery-wide initiatives

Responsible for high-level correspondence through verbal, email, telephone, and mail

Own employee engagement activities, wellness activities, and community involvement initiatives

Prepare and file key records, statistics, and reports

Administer programs, projects, or other processes specific to HR and Education and Training

Serve as a point of contact for employees with basic HR questions, identify themes and recommend solutions

Create and revise procedures and updates systems by analyzing best operating practices, past practice, and the Collective Agreement

Perform vacation coverage for the Leadership/Payroll Coordinator

Provide support with World Class Supply Chain initiatives as required
The Other Qualifications:
-
You have a high school diploma.
-
You have at least 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.

You have work experience supporting an HR function and in a unionized environment.

You exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills.

You have experience analyzing complex information requests and identifying trends.

You have advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, including creating and modifying SharePoint sites.

You maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive data in a professional manner.

You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships.

Job Posting Salary Range: (Canada/B.C.) $59,700 - $78,300
