The Headlines:


In the role of Customer Solutions Manager working in Calgary you will be part of the Ontario/West sales team. This position reports to the Senior Customer Solutions Manager and will work closely with key account partners, brand marketing, innovation, and retail customers at the head office level. The candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders to create strategic commercial plans that deliver on our joint commercial ambitions with customers.



The Responsibilities:

  • Customer expertise; define the right solutions for the customer to deliver the best possible ROI for both the customer and Molson Coors
  • Stakeholder management; bring together a virtual support team to add true value to our customers in areas of Category Management, Assortment, Brand platforms/programs and retail solutions
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in Sales and Brand to deliver flawless execution
  • Activation; implement the annual plan agreed with the customer, ensuring the activations align to the brand strategies where appropriate
  • Working with the CCOE and Shopper Marketing teams to help build, evaluate, and shape channel and customer retail solutions, customizing for the customer where appropriate, able, and sensible
  • Customer Facing; participate in key customer meetings, supporting category reviews, new innovation pitches, and business updates
  • Understand specific customer and regional requirements, and customize and/or develop exclusive in-store solutions
  • Accountable for new innovation forecasting for specific customers
  • Accountable for monthly risk and opportunity review; identifying and actioning any risks or opportunities needed for business progression
  • Managing new customer opportunities through START cycle

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field;
  • You have a minimum of 3-5 years progressive experience in Sales, Trade Marketing and/or Marketing, preferably within CPG or related industry
  • You have superior communication and consulting skills
  • You have strong negotiating skills
  • You are creative and an innovative thinker who actively seeks out opportunities to improve efficiency and performance
  • You can build and sustain strong internal/external business relationships
