The Headlines:
In the role of Customer Coordinator working in Western Canada you will be part of the Sales Enablement Team, a branch of the Commercial Operations Team.
This position will support the Alberta/Saskatchewan/Manitoba sales teams, reporting into the Sales Enablement Manager to ensure the flawless execution of all sales activities in The Prairies Canada. They will ensure all avenues of launches and projects are complete, timely and accurate by maintaining regular communication with cross functional teams, as well as with the Ontario Sales Team leads.
The Responsibilities:
- Maintain period promotion communications with internal stakeholders and update promo calendar
- Ensure all avenues of launches and projects are complete, timely and accurate, working closely with cross functional teams to enable brilliant sales execution
- Support Sales Managers & Key Account Managers with customer reporting, budget reconciliation and ad-hoc business development, product registration and requirements
- Create and maintain a library of executional processes/checklists and work closely with cross functional teams (Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Deployment) to enable sustainable brilliant execution
- Support in ad-hoc initiatives such as new channel development/e-commerce
The Other Qualifications:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience (2+ years) in the field of sales operations
- You have at least 2 years experience in sales and/or project management
- You possess strong organization, analytical thought and project management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Power Point
- Possess strong attention to detail
- Experience working on projects with cross functional teams preferred
- Ability to work independently within a complex and often ambiguous environment and able to prioritize multiple projects
- You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
- You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
- You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments
- You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow
