We deliver centralized operations to our Molson Coors Business Units across the globe in Finance, Master Data, Commercial, HR and IT Business Services. Our impressive brands portfolio across the world includes Miller Genuine Draft, Madri, Staropramen and Bergenbier.


This role will work with the business units, BPE, PMO, IT/HRIS and GBS teams across centers to develop and deploy improved operational performance across Hire to Retire processes in scope for GBS.




Service Delivery:

  • Develop KPI’s, reporting standards and process monitoring tools as needed
  • Improve internal control framework by a analyzing issue logs, ticket resolution feedbacks, customer surveys, escalations; propose remediation plans and new /enhanced controls where required

Process Standardization and Optimization

  • Partner with business and process owners on broader end to end standardization initiatives and lead process standardization and harmonization for services contracted
  • Drive GBS HTR continuous improvement agenda (efficiency, quality, compliance)
  • Lead specific CI projects within the tower

 Process Transformation

  • Contribute to technology deployments and tool implementations in the floor (ServiceNow, chatbots, RPAs)
  • Act as SPOC for new process implementations/changes/migrations


 Team Management

  • Comply with Molson Coors human resources policies and practices to retain employees, evaluate performance, motivate, and grow talent
  • Hold meetings to review individual and team performance with his/her team 





  • Experience on business processes management and process mapping
  • Experience with SSC/GBS/BPO/Big4 environment
  • Experienced leading improvement and transformational projects
  • Experience working / implementing SAP /SNOW / Chatbots/ RPA
  • Strong change management and influencing skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • English Language - Proficiency level (B2 and above)



  • Experience on functional area in Hire to Retire / HR but other service lines are also considered
  • Green Belt or Black Belt certification
  • People management experience
  • Project management
