The Headlines:  

In the role of Storeroom Attendant working in Wheat Ridge, CO, you will be part of the Procurement Team at Rocky Mountain Bottle Company.  You will be responsible for inventory replenishment of stocked parts, inventory analysis and reconciliation of cycle counts.  You will research and complete inventory adjustments in SAP and investigate and remedy errors with supply ordering.

This position reports to Team Leader – Procurement and works closely with the Storeroom Specialists and Storeroom Attendants.

The Responsibilities:

  • Receives, counts, inspects and verifies incoming materials and operating supplies (electrical and mechanical), and stores systematically on shelves or bins.  Use various lifting equipment to unload or move heavy material. 
  • Performs some unloading manually, must be able to lift up to 70lbs.  Stages direct order materials for maintenance plans.
  • Packs materials or supplies not meeting specifications for return to suppliers, and prepares materials or supplies for shipment to other plants. 
  • Weighs material to be sent out such as molds or machine parts and will move boxes or crates to proper pick-up point.  Packages and ships sample bottles.  Includes international shipments of mold equipment, bottles, etc.
  • Enters issue tickets from plant personnel against approved requisitions. 
  • Inputs and records into computer what is received and disbursed to and from storeroom.
  • Locates Purchase Order and matches order with Packing List.
  • Reports differences to the person that ordered item. 
  • Assists with resolving any differences with buyer/supplier.
  • Keeps inventory of precious metals such as found in thermocouples – make sure that broken ones are shipped to supplier for credit.
  • Ability to become a certified standup forklift trainer.


The Other Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Willing to work days/swing shift -  overtime, as required.
  • The ability to work in a team environment.
  • Must be highly safety conscious.
  • 1-3 yrs minimum storeroom experience.
  • Forklift experience
