The Headlines:  

In the role of World Class Supply Chain (WCSC) Deployment Coach, working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Corporate Supply Chain team.  You are accountable to deploy Run To Target (RTT) and Autonomous Maintenance (AM) in top loss areas – building WCSC 2.0 capabilities at all brewery levels.  You will be responsible for building capability and executing 90 day plans and overall engagement and sustainment of WCSC 2.0. 
 
This position reports to the WCSC Pillar Lead, and works closely with brewery teams across the network, other regional pillars, and external stakeholders.

 

The Responsibilities: 
•    Responsible for coaching and influencing site leaders, pillar owners, team/individuals and eventually external stakeholders to ensure integration of work and activities are aligned to drive and sustain business results.
•    Responsible for leading and accelerating the culture and strategies for new ways of working across the Supply Chain network, building towards an agile workplace with self-sufficient team and pillars.
•    Coach the local pillar teams, ensuring capabilities needed throughout their network in the near term (6 to 18 months) have been identified and built ahead of the need.

 

The Other Qualifications: 
•    Possess a proven track record of achievement with 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain related roles
•    You will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or a related field.  Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certified is preferred.
•    You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.  You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy  
•    You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business 
•    You are a motivated leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results from your team through respect and development
