The Headlines:  

 

In the role of Senior Manager, Vendor Management working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the North America IT team.  The person will be accountable for the frameworks that enable our outsourced providers deliver the best IT solutions efficiently. The role plays an integral part in developing and managing governance for strategic partners, working with key stakeholders to guarantee the process runs smoothly and effectively.

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the full vendor lifecycle, collaborating with internal partners to understand needs and provide guidance on issues that may arise
  • Drives continuous vendor improvement by serving as a point of escalation to ensure strong vendor relationships and accountability
  • Identify and develop cost effective IT solutions through cost analysis and expertise in market leading IT sourcing models
  • Develop and implement tools, processes, and procedures to organize vendor management activities, enabled through strong relationships with procurement
  • Partner with managers and peers to provide effective overall management of the Architecture and Security team
  • Mitigate supplier risks through contract management, negotiations support, and industry analysis

 

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree
  • You have at least 4 years of experience in IT Vendor Relationship Management
  • You have at least 8 years of relevant experience in IT
  • Significant understanding of IT outsourcing contracts and negotiation experience for IT deals, particularly services
  • Ability to create relationships with stakeholders at all level of both IT and business functions
  • You are a motivated leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results from your team through respect and development
