The Headlines:
In the role of Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Digital & Performance Management working in Milwaukee, WI, you will oversee the development and implemenation of data management and reporting strategies, leveraging available system data and functionality not currently being utilized to it’s full potential in order to support the team.   
This position reports to the Director, Integrated Business Planning, and collaborates closely with all leaders across the organization.


The Responsibilities: 
•    Oversite for CSC data performance management supporting improved service and cost performance. 
•    Drive strategy, gap analysis / benchmarking of digital transformation footprint.  Support the ongoing digital transformation agenda, pushing forward existing projects along the cycle from Ideation to Implementation.
•    Lead the team to drive effective reporting, standardization and ensuring increased levels of compliance.
•    Create roadmap for transformation agenda, 5 year plan inclusive of short term wins and linger term solutions and their respective budget, resources and requirements
•    Develop, evolve, and maintain the industry measures impacting our business.  Bring in new analytical perspectives to support innovation and growth spaces.  Drive thought leadership in CSC championing best in class system & data governance. 
•    Collaborate, liaise and leverage system business partners and GBS to drive improvement and roadmap for future enhancements 


The Other Qualifications: 
•    10+ years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Sales, preferably in the CPG industry
•    You will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or Business, or related discipline 
•    Strategic thought leadership and credibility to advise commercial and supply chain leaders of the enterprise 
•    Past experience leading supply chain system / reporting / data analytics teams driving the process towards best in class management and industry benchmarking.
•    You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.  You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy  
•    You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business 
•    You are a motivated leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results from your team through respect and development
