The Headlines:

In the role of a Sr. Distribution Strategy Analyst – Digital Transformation working in Milwaukee, WI you will serve as part of the broader cross-functional team to understand opportunities for KPI improvement using established benchmarks.
 
This position reports to the Director, Distribution Strategy & Optimization, and works closely with Engineering and IT organizations in technological solution development, as well as Sales, Supply Chain and Distributors.  

 

The Responsibilities: 
•    Works cross-functionally to develop and implement actions to drive continuous improvement in KPI’s.
•    Defines opportunity areas for digital transformation and proposes solutions, working with IT and Engineering.
•    Co-leads implementation for digital technologies, and develops plans for digital solution validation and scale-up.

 

The Other Qualifications:

•    5+ years of experience in transportation/logistics and/or warehousing supply chain, preferably in the beverage or consumer products industries.
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or Business
•    Successful experience in prior digital implementation efforts
•    Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment
•    You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business 
•    You are serious about delivering results, and take pride in a proven track record in delivering.
