The Headlines:  


In the role of Senior Manager IT Service Operations working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the IT Service Operations team.  The person will oversee the day-to-day relationships with various third-party IT providers ensuring services are delivered efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will do this by managing a team that educates and collaborates with key stakeholders to understand needs, negotiate service delivery trade-offs and risks and communicate crucial issues.


The Responsibilities:

  • Drives design, implementation and operation of IT service delivery processes between internal IT and third-party services
  • Oversee service delivery, business risk and commercial trade-offs ensuring end-to-end visibility, monitoring and management
  • Serve as the primary IT Service Operations liaison and escalation point for the business
  • Ensure third-party performance through day-to-day oversight and by following service management processes and governance 


The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree
  • You have at least 8 years of experience, with 4+ years in IT Service operations with third-party partnerships
  • You have at least 4 years of leadership experience
  • ITIL v3 Foundation certification - ITIL v4 Foundation would be preferred
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL and IT service management
  • You are a skilled negotiator focused on the client; your constant curiosity fosters your innovative style and you can equally execute ideas given to you
