The Headlines:  


In the role of Salesforce Solution Architect working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the North America IT team.  You will be responsible for providing architecture consulting on a portfolio of Commercial, Sales, and Marketing initiatives leveraging our Salesforce Platform.  You will be instrumental in advancing the strategic and tactical use of technology to advance our business, solving complex business and technical problems, and advancing our DevSecOps capabilities in an Agile operating model. 


The Responsibilities:

  • Be a thought leader driving innovative adoption and use of technology and methodologies. 
  • Partner closely with business and IT peers to understand and solve complex problems with sustainable, resilient, supportable solutions that meet enterprise guidelines and budget.
  • Act as lead architect on key projects.
  • Provide Salesforce architecture consulting on a portfolio of initiatives guiding use of techniques, methodologies, and tools to solve business and technical problems, ensuring consistency across the portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain holistic understanding of business, systems, and environments. 
  • Consult and mentor others on aspects of system development, integration, sustainability, and resiliency ensuring correct application of technical strategies, policies, standards, and practices.
  • Actively contribute to the advancement of our enterprise architecture practice.



  • A learning mindset.  You welcome challenges that take you outside of your comfort zone.
  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Software Development, or Engineering.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and its platform components applied in a B2B or B2C business model.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP a plus).
  • Advanced knowledge architecting, designing and implementing solutions that leverage cloud and on-premise technologies. 
  • Advance knowledge of integration patterns.
  • Experience working in an Agile operating model, delivering value in iterations as a member of Scrum team.
  • Applied knowledge of DevSecOps and CI/CD pipeline.
  • Applied knowledge infrastructure and security.
  • Applied knowledge of change management, configuration management, and the use of metrics to drive quality and continuous improvement.
  • Applied knowledge in risk management
