The Headlines:

In the role of Senior Financial Analyst (Freight) located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is a member of our Supply Chain Finance team. In this role, you will provide financial support for the U.S. Logistics Manager and drive efficiencies. The role reports to the US Logistics Manager and will work closely with a variety of individuals, including our brewery finance teams, other members of the Customer Supply Chain team, and external vendors.

 

The Responsibilities:
 

  • Provide financial support for all Customer Supply Chain expense, covering both outbound, return, and inbound freight and other logistic cost
  • Responsible for accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis
  • Perform complex ad-hoc analysis with large amounts of data to develop concise variance explanations
  • Support Customer Supply Chain cost reduction initiatives helping ensure delivery
  • Coordination with the brewery finance teams to ensure that cost reporting is consistent across all of our breweries
  • Drive efficiencies in reporting and transactional work and continue to expand the role beyond its current scope


The Qualifications:

  • You have a relative 4-year degree and a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience
  • You are knowledgable in Excel and SAP; SQL Querying knowledge a plus
  • You have solid understanding of Manufacturing Operations, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP,) and internal controls
  • You are an effective communicator, both written and verbally. You have the ability to communicate financial information to variety of business partners across the business to drive results
  • You have very strong attention to detail, as the role’s primary focus is financial reporting.
  • You possess a sense of urgency in resolving issues with good follow-up skills
