The Headlines:

In the role of Contract Manufacturing Senior Analyst located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin you will be a member of the Supply Chain Finance team.  You will be responsible for supporting all reporting and accounting for products that are contract manufactured by Molson Coors for outside customers.  You will support the Sr Manager of contract manufacturing with a P&L of the contract business as well as developing an annual plan, long-range plan, monthly forecasts and monthly reporting of actuals.  You will develop pricing based that aligns with the contract as well as oversee compliance to the contract.  You are the main finance contact for the contract partner.     



  • You will oversee aspects of the manufacturing contract to assure compliance
  • On an annual basis you will build pricing based on the contractual terms
  • Present monthly contractual cost true-ups to the contract partners
  • You will gain a good working knowledge of the manufacturing operation in order to provide meaningful explanation of cost drivers
  • Develop key relationships with areas of operations finance in order to understand operational variances
  • You will be responsible for the accuracy of the contract P&L including monthly closes and journal entries
  • You will complete monthly forecasts, a long-range plan and an annual plan
  • Support and follow up on the contract partners’ requests


The Qualifications:

  • You have a relative 4-year degree in Finance or Accounting
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
  • Manufacturing and product costing experience is a plus!
  • You have strong accounting skills 
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • You have the ability to manage competing priorities among several stakeholders and excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions as necessary
  • You challenge the status quo in order to eliminate inefficiency and improve end to end processes
  • Your actions are fueled by strong customer service influence, and you demonstrated the ability to effectively influence and collaborate without formal authority
