The Headlines:

In the role of Senior Finance Manager, Tech Services and Global Capital located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, you will be a member of our Supply Chain Finance team. In this role, you will be a Finance Business Partner to the VP of Tech Services and their support staff while leading a team of your own. You will align with Strategy, Supply Chain leadership, and Tech Services on AOP and Integrated Supply Chain targets while also working closely with the Global Capital Governance team.

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Manages the allocation of capital resources for North America and Globally, and ensure the North American strategy as well as Europe is enabled through the efficient use of Capex
  • Set recommendations for LRP and AOP spending targets globally
  • Ensure the portfolio of projects delivers a return in excess of the Molson Coors Beverage Company cost of capital
  • Manages the Global CAM meeting process as well as the North American process and ensures appropriate governance is followed
  • Develops Global policies and procedures related to capital governance
  • Manages the fixed asset ledger for North America and ensures accurate accounting and forecasting of spend
  • Provides talent management leadership and capability development to direct reports

 


The Qualifications:

  • You have a relative 4-year degree and a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, planning, budgeting, and forecasting; strong accounting background a plus
  • You have strong leadership experience in managing a finance functional team and you are able to serve as a visible change agent and transformational leader with the credibility to influence a business agenda
  • You demonstrate effective collaboration and are a value-added business partner with a solutions mindset.
  • You can assess situations and provide an objective, non-biased point of view
  • You think strategically and are able to codify the long term plan in area of expertise while operating efficiently and effectively across the business.
