The Headlines: 

In the role of a Manager, Demand Planning working in Milwaukee, WI you will lead Demand Management planning process within sales regions, brands, and/or set of chain accounts.  This includes generating multiple forecast levels of sales volume targets, P&L’s, sales incentive comp, and annual distributor planning.
 
This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Demand Planning, and works closely with other areas of the business, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other areas of Corporate Supply Chain.

 

The Responsibilities:
•    Provides business expertise and demand insights & implications into executive level collaborative process with Finance, Sales, Marketing and Integrated Supply Chain functions.  
•    Lends expertise and develops business requirements for future state demand systems and implementation for the enterprise to include the statistical and collaborative planning.
•    Works closely with internal partners to proactively manage sales plan (allocation of resources), driving decisions that yield best return of volume and profit.
•    Leads, manages and develops a Demand Planner, and ensures the team is delivering expected business results.

 

The Other Qualifications:

•    You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
•    You have 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis (preferably in CPG field), demand planning, forecasting, supply chain, and/or production planning.
•    Understanding of forecast models, econometric models, causal forecasting, “what if” analysis, base trends and the interaction of brand & industry trends.
•    You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business 
•    You are serious about delivering results, and take pride in a proven track record in delivering.  
•    You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. 
•    You are a motivated leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results from your team through respect and development
