The Headlines:  


In the role of Legal Specialist - Securities working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the North America Legal team. The person will work cross-functionally with subject matter experts to assist Molson Coors Beverage Company with public company compliance and filings. The role requires someone who can act as a trusted advisor and team player, able to work closely with lawyers and other internal and external resources at all levels.   


The Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparation of SEC and SEDAR filings (e.g., 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and securities-related filings in foreign jurisdictions
  • Ensure Section 16 compliance related to Molson Coors director and officer ownership of securities, including preparation of Forms 3, 4, 5, Forms 144 and Rule 10b5-1 Plans
  • Support shareholder and board of direct meetings, including preparation of materials, calendars and minutes
  • Develop and implement systems and processes related to securities and corporate governance compliance


The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree with paralegal certificate or substantial paralegal experience. A combination of education and experience may be accepted
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in both law firm setting and in-house legal department for a publicly listed company
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision in a deadline driven environment while managing multiple, competing priorities and maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to professionally manage confidential information
  • You are deadly serious about results, and take pride in a proven track record in delivering
