The Headlines:  

 

In the role of IT Development Analyst working in Milwaukee, Wisconsin you will be part of the IT Developmental Rotational program.  You will experience multiple areas of IT over a 2 year time frame. With reasonable supervision and oversight, this role contributes to IT objectives through activities related to "Plan, Build, and Run" teams.  This may include but not limited to IT Portfolio Management, IT Strategy & Business Alignment, Architecture Management, Vendor Management, Information Security, Solution Delivery, Change Management, Project Management, Service Operations, and Environment Management.

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Support IT Plan activities while Interacting with IT and other business function stakeholders to gain understanding of the business requirements, solution capability, and desired outcomes. 
  • Support the Build Team in areas such as solution delivery, testing, project coordination, end user change management, emerging technology tool implementation, architecture and reporting. 
  • Support the Run Team in areas such as service operations, environment management, and service transition. 
  • Provide assistance to improve/develop, document and deploy standard processes and procedures for various needs in whatever team you are supporting at the time (Plan, Build, or Run)
  • Complete and organize documentation of business and IT material.  Proactively address issues encountered and drive clarity to deliver results.

 

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in an information technology related field, ideally with a 3.0 or greater GPA.
  • You are excited to kick-start your career with a unique, rotational program opportunity.  You should be prepared to commit to at least two years in role with your role changing 8-12 months during that time phrase. 
  • You aren’t afraid of change.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.  You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy
