The Headlines

In the role of Financial Analyst, North American Consolidation based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, you will provide finance support for the Customer Supply Chain Finance division and be the key liaison for the consolidation of the North American and Canadian business units.

 

The position reports to the Senior Manager, Customer Supply Chain Finance and works closely with the US and Canadian Customer Supply Chain Finance Teams and has heavy involvement with various levels of senior executives.

 

The Responsibilities:

 

  • Support for budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes of the supply chain finance P&L
  • Explain monthly results, provide key insights for full year forecasts, challenge monthly results, and correspond LE’s
  • Communicate financial forecasts to internal and external stakeholders and work diligently to drive forecast accuracy
  • Assist with annual target setting processes and related communications
  • Summarize and prepare budget information and monthly results for presentation to Senior Leadership

                                                          

The Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or another relative 4-year degree; CPA preferred
  • 2 or more years of industry experience, including experience with SAP/Business Warehouse and advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office; experience consolidating financial data in difference currencies a plus  
  • You possess a solid knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
  • You have a solid understanding of manufacturing operations
  • You have very strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a sense of urgency in resolving issues.
  • You serve as a visible change agent and a transformational leader
  • You demonstrate effective interpersonal skills and collaboration skills and can work with many different personalities, experience, and job levels, and can influence without formal authority.
  • You are detail oriented with critical focus on producing quality results while demonstrating effective influence and collaboration without formal authority
