The Headlines:  


In the role of D&I Talent Program Manager working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Diversity & Inclusion team. The person will establish and manage all aspects of the campus hiring strategy and execution of the demand plan to proactively grow our intern, entry-level and early career talent pipelines. This individual will build and establish relationships with internal leaders to collaborate on strategic plans and achieve success metrics at target schools, conferences and strategic partnerships.  The role will regularly work with and report out to the senior leadership team on the metrics/success of the program as aligned with the North America D&I Action Plan.



The Responsibilities:


  • This person will also be a key contributor to the development and success of the internship development programming. The person will provide general oversite of daily operations of the internship program.
  • This role will be part of the Diversity & Inclusion team and may have extended responsibilities in managing D&I programming/initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and other key stakeholders to determine and communicate campus recruitment/early career methodologies, including diversity strategies, school selection, pipeline programs, candidate management and hiring numbers
  • Design, manage and actively execute innovative programs and activities to support all campus recruiting efforts including outreach and partnerships with targeted programs and schools
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to develop annual fall and spring recruiting schedules and ensuring appropriate organizational representation at all functions




  • You have a Bachelor’s degree
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in areas such as, HR-People Leadership or HR Business Partner or D&I Leader or Program Manager
  • You have developed, coached, managed and elevated talent successfully (small team and up to 60+ people)
  • Proven success in managing complex and multi-faceted programs with the ability to drive projects through completion.
  • You are an excellent communicator – ability to manage messaging and can comfortably present to leaders and diverse audience at all levels
  • You have successfully worked to gain buy in from business leaders (Managers, Directors and Executives)
  • You have strong project management, teamwork, execution and organizational skills
  • You are a strategic thinker with positive attitude manifested in a solutions-oriented approach
  • Flexible work style to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines and manage last-minute changes with a strong sense of urgency
  • Demonstrates organizational agility and ability to work effectively, collaborate and influence across a multi-location organization
  • Experience with working with rotational leadership program is a plus
  • Experience with developing, growing an internship program is a plus
