The Headlines:  

In the role of Senior Process Leader – Utilities working in Golden, CO, you will be part of the Utilities Team in Brewery Operations. You will lead, coach and motivate an operational team to ensure high quality products are produced safely and cost effectively through maximizing operational efficiency and continuous improvement of our Water Treatment plant as well as General Waste Treatment Plant and Process Waste Treatment Plant.
You will build and develop a team of technicians in the areas of technical and leadership capability, as well as develop team members to lead, manage, and make sound decisions in all performance aspects of day-to-day operations.


This position reports to the Unit Manager – Utilities and work closely with operations.


The Responsibilities:  
•    Lead and coach a 24-hour operation with limited to no managerial support on off-shifts or lead a large team of employees
•    Lead and coordinate efforts in safety and housekeeping
•    Ensure operating and process control
•    Lead, manage, and coach asset care
•    Deliver cost and productivity through controlling/managing a budget
•    Drive continuous improvement and lead problem solving
•    Lead team performance, talent, and career management and create a culture of employee engagement


The Other Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field and have at least 5 years’ experience in various technical aspects of potable water treatment, water distribution, waste water operations and management (industrial and municipal). Class A waste water license(s) preferred to manage state and federal compliance. 
•    A thorough knowledge of the interrelationships between Brewing, Packaging, Supply Chain, Quality Services and Maintenance departments as it relates to product movement and production scheduling impacts on waste water and environmental compliance via waste water and water supply systems.
•    Awareness of OSHA regulations, GMP, State Agricultural practices/policies, TTB regulations, FDA guidelines for food plant operations and environmental regulations regarding manufacturing brewery operations
•    Possess basic machinery/system technical troubleshooting skills and knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems.
•    Thorough knowledge of operation, asset care, and administration of utilities water systems, anaerobic treatment, aerobic treatment, sludge processing, water treatment both potable and non-potable, and state and federal compliance reporting for the facility.   
•    You are a motivated leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results from your team through respect and development 
•    Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply chain Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives  
•    You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.  You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy   
•    You are a motivated leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results from your team through respect and development  
•    You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in technical aspects of maintenance, construction, and contractor management
