We are the critical link between our brewery suppliers that produce the beer and the retail outlets where they are sold, as well as the restaurants and bars where they are consumed. The Headlines: 
In the role of Key Account Representative – Constellation working in Denver, CO you will be part of the Marketing team. This person is responsible for driving sales, increasing distribution, and building customer relationships for Constellation Brands at On-Premise accounts in the assigned Hispanic geographic territory. This individual will set priorities and execute the business plan for On-Premise accounts in their area of responsibility through monthly business objectives that will include volume goals and program activation objectives.


This position reports to the Sr. Brand Manager and works closely with the Marketing and On-Premise Sales groups, and external customers.


The Responsibilities:

  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with the owners and managers of the top On-Premise accounts within area of responsibility
  • Has a presence at sales meetings for wholesaler on-premise management to increase the prominence of Constellation portfolio and support local team with special events and activation
  • Accountable for driving distribution, feature, promotion, and standards execution in base accounts through monthly business objectives, which will include individual volume goals and program activation objectives
  • Maintains and expands sales of the Constellation portfolio through execution of On-Premise promotional activity in key designated accounts
  • Partners with Constellation Brand Manager to building an On-Premise annual business plan including sales, distribution, and promotional efforts
  • Identifies, prioritizes, and activates new On-Premise retailers who align closely with Constellation’s target demographic
  • Visits all assigned accounts, meets all scheduled appointments, helps develop programming and promotional plans/spends needed to drive sales and to achieve plan, and help with execution in conjunction with CDC Sales Reps


The Other Qualifications: 

  • You have a bachelor’s degree from college or university or equivalent job experience
  • You must be Bilingual (English and Spanish Required)
  • You have strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills (English and Spanish)
  • You have a clean and valid driver’s license, position requires use of your own vehicle each day (Mileage Reimbursed)
  • You have Alcohol beverage industry experience and a strong understanding of the on/off premise retail environment; preferred
  • You can multi-task, prioritize and work in an organized fashion, and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly business objectives
  • You have working knowledge of the promotional marketing process
  • You have a proven track record in building good relationships with internal and external customers
  • You have a demonstrated diligence and ability to follow through on all commitments
  • You must possess excellent presentation skills with the ability to indirectly influence those who don’t report to you
  • You have a demonstrated ability to achieve performance goals with minimum direction
  • You have strong computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
