The Senior Manager, Pricing Execution is responsible for planning, directing and overseeing the operations of Molson Coors Pricing Execution team. This position owns and ensures implementation of the Molson Coors pricing methodology and is responsible for developing & maintaining the Molson Coors pricing execution framework & governance model as well as day to day execution of Molson Coors Revenue Management data and systems (revenue and price promotion planning, price and promotion administration and maintenance etc.), application support and enterprise education. In addition, the Sr Manager Pricing Execution is responsible for development, maintenance and implementation of Revenue Management policies and procedures.


The Responsibilities:

  • Support pricing and price promotion planning and execution in the field, including:
    • GI planning, execution and follow-up
    • Annual revenue and price promotion planning and execution
    • Operational metrics development, review & follow-up
    • Linking new product strategy to best execution methodology.
    • Drive national strategic pricing objectives and imperatives to the local level
    • Define new business procedures as needed and evaluate resource requirements
    • Ensure continuity in thought leadership and communication between corporate and region leadership team
  • Ensure that pricing systems, policies, procedures and metrics are maintained, enhanced and aligned with corporate policies and regulatory requirements
  • Manage Revenue Management communication of policies and procedures to local areas, including distributors
  • Develop pricing and promotion operational metric reporting and analysis
  • Pricing and promotion business system process owner
  • Review and approve and promotion system and business process documentation and electronic communications
  • Attracts, leads, manages and mentors team of employees (i.e. PE Leads and Analysts) in such a way to ensure retention, development and superior performance of talented people
  • Responsible for staff education and coaching on methodology to ensure long term success of the PE group
  • Establish standards for training and on-going support for all pricing systems and tools



The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a bachelors degree
  • 7-10 years experience in some aspect of pricing—planning, analysis, execution or reporting— preferably within the Consumer Product Goods industry, consulting firm, or market research company
  • Knowledge of pricing and price promotion dynamics, and the ability to understand the long-term impact of pricing decisions
  • Experience in leading a team as well as defining, implementing and managing revenue management principles in order to improve business profitability.  
  • Ability to influence leadership/ executives
  • Advanced spreadsheet and relational database / enterprise management proficiency (e.g., Access, Cognos, SAP) Proven application of advanced finance and strategic evaluation practices
  • Advanced experience with financial planning processes (e.g., strategic plans, P&L management)
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy 
  • You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
