National Sales Executive - eCommerce

Job Summary: 

 

The national sales executive – eCommerce is responsible for profitably managing online business results (volume, share, profit) for assigned chain accounts. The eNSE owns the account sales planning, retail solution development and execution at priority retail accounts including both Pure Play (i.e. Amazon) and omni-channel (i.e. Kroger) customers. eNSE will work collaboratively, bringing together cross-functional teams including chain sales, marketing, category solutions, revenue management and more to facilitate execution at retail. The eNSE must build value-enhancing relationships with retailers through category strategy application, responsive problem solving and proactive relationship management. eNSE will contribute to educating, enabling and empowering broader chain sales organization to incorporate eCommerce into chain plans and omni-channel solutions.  

 

Job Responsibilities: 

 

  • Partner with customer stakeholders to build annual strategic business plans that align to common goals and objectives 

  • Foster mutually beneficial partnership with assigned retailers by building credibility as trusted advisor across multiple levels of the customer organization 

  • Bring category solutions that align to the retailer’s strategy that are grounded in consumer & shopper insights  

  • Analyze eCommerce business performance at assigned retailers, diagnose trend drivers, identify and implement solutions against biggest opportunities and measure progress 

  • Lead cross-functional team collaboration to develop solutions that align to retailer and Molson Coors priorities, ensuring flawless execution 

  • Partner with marketing to develop online campaigns, digital marketing, social media, site merchandising and omni-channel plans to drive traffic, increase conversion and grow sales  

  • Responsible for retail digital shelf including accuracy and performance of content leveraging digital shelf monitoring tools 

  • Responsible for portfolio availability, pricing and promotion execution online  

  • Keep up to date on third party platforms, emerging eCommerce and technology trends to improve Molson Coors online presence  

 

Desired Experience: 

 

  • 4+ Yrs CPG eCommerce Sales, Marketing or Category Management 

  • Customer management experience in eCommerce – as evidenced by previous roles with responsibility for customer strategy and execution 

  • Proven track record of developing digital marketing/merchandising recommendations to solve strategic business challenges 

  • Digital marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), paid search, and web traffic measurement

  • Ability to analyze and synthesize a variety of quantitative and qualitative information to develop effective selling stories 

  • Ability to build relationships quickly and work well with different teams and personalities 

  • Comfortable influencing others, managing stakeholders and leading cross-functional work streams 

  • Intrinsically motivated to achieve goals, perform beyond expectations and do excellent work 

  • Proficient at Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint
