The Headlines:   

In the role of Director – Precision Marketing working in Chicago, IL you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for Precision Marketing and real time optimization/analytics for Molson Coors NA with an influence on Global.

 

The role is one of influence and evangelism, so it’s important that this person is able to form strong relationships throughout Molson Coors and with key partners. 

 

The owner of data driven, integration, and the adtech ecosystem to ensure brands have the tools and knowledge to leveraging the use of precision marketing to deliver the right person, at the right place, with the right message.  Deliver leadership and future vision for operationalizing data so the Molson Coors brands can effectively communicate and connect with evolving consumer behaviors within media and marketing.

 

This position reports to the VP of Media & Consumer Engagement.

 

The Responsibilities:  

  • Oversight and implementing of media analytics roadmap by actively manage of the media supply chain (cost transparency, fraud, viewability, and brand safety)
  • Lead Digital Operations team by building foundational enterprise capabilities – Local Mobile Promotions Toolbox, Digital Policy, Social Moderation, website production, MC IT business partner, website/promotions user databases
  • Identify, develop, and execute use of data and technology in marketing to improve marketing effectiveness – real time measurement tools (i.e. MTA) that brands can implement for creative and media optimization
  • Manage external ad technology partners - programmatic (e.g. DSP, Dynamic Creative Optimization,), 7 blocking and tackling tech partners (e.g iSpot TV, Mastercard, Social Listening, LexusNexus, IRi, Aquia, etc.), and the DMP
  • Administrator of social marketing management – brand social media workflow, best practices, social moderation, social media performance
  • Oversight to Enterprise Digital Marketing budgets – costs for building MC websites, website maintenance, mobile promotions, and custom app development

 

The Other Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 12 years of media experience, with at least 5 in digital marketing specifically
  • Media Optimization and/or Marketing Data Science experience with an agency or in the CPG industry
  • Fully understand the data landscape and its effect on marketing strategy
  • Knowledge of media landscape with ability to translate to impact marketing opportunities
  • Experience in programmatic marketing, both from a planning and execution standpoint
  • Familiarity with Data Management Platforms (DMP) and their use, experience in execution preferred
  • Familiarity with the following tools: DSPs, Comscore, DCM, MRI, Nielsen OCR, White Ops, Nielsen DBE, etc.
  • Demonstration of thought leadership by taking prudent risks individually and through the team.
