Associate Marketing Manager-eComm

As the eCommerce Associate Marketing Manager, you’ll be based in Chicago, IL and will be part of the Commercial Center of Excellence team. This individual is accountable for ensuring our iconic brands come to life on the digital shelf in a way that drives eCommerce channel growth. You will be responsible for end to end content management including the creation, tracking and optimization ensuring we deliver best-in-class online experiences for consumers and retailers.


Job Responsibilities:


Content Creation

  • Partner with brand teams in upfront planning and brief writing to ensure brand assets are scalable across all classes of trade as part of omnichannel execution
  • Assist in the development of category led, multi-brand and occasion-based solutions for sell-in
  • Build strong working relationships with agencies to ensure quality work is completed
  • Ensure development and delivery of content is completed within schedule and budget
  • Effectively socialize digital content with eCom marketing and sales teams


Content Syndication & Work stream Management

  • Oversee syndication to retailers’ websites; monitor accuracy and drive remediation
  • Identify and help address opportunities associated with data management processes and procedures that tie to commercialization
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve communication of both product introductions and product/packaging changes to ensure data updates are met in a timely fashion and in accordance with customer requirements


Measurement & Optimization

  • Measure impact of content updates and SEO; communicate learnings and impact
  • Proactively monitor the digital shelf and evaluate the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and optimize accordingly



  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
  • 3+ years of previous marketing/eCommerce experience with a CPG organization
  • Experience managing the creative process with agency partners
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. Multitasking, adaptability strong project management and prioritization skills are a must.
  • Ability to leverage data to identify business issues/opportunities and translate into the “what’s”, “why’s” and “what to do’s”
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in SEO & digital shelf monitoring software (i.e. Profitero)
  • Proficient in Content Syndication Platforms (i.e. Salsify, Kwikee, Item Master)
