Senior Manager Ethics & Compliance EMEA&APAC

Your Purpose

You will be responsible, along with the relevant internal stakeholders, for promoting a culture of ethics and compliance in EMEA APAC Division (Business unit). You will lead both global and local program initiatives aimed at mitigating compliance risk and managing issues within the Division, in particular in the areas of Data Privacy, Competition Law compliance and E&C investigations.


What you will do:

  • You will serve as an SME, developing and implementing, in cooperation with various internal stakeholders, a data privacy / data protection compliance program incl. policies, processes, tools and training to ensure compliance with privacy regulations, such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the relevant local data privacy legislations in the different regions/countries of the Division.
  • You will partner with all key business areas within Molson Coors, in particular the IT team, to ensure data privacy issues are considered at the outset of new projects, products and initiatives. You’ll also Partner with the Global Data Privacy and Compliance Manager.
  • You will lead on a BU level and in cooperation with various internal stakeholders, a Competition law compliance program aligned with the principles of the European Union and the relevant local competition law legislations in the different regions/countries of the Division.
  • You will actively manage the day-to-day work of the compliance team, providing guidance and support to the business and other team members on multiple Ethics & Compliance processes, including training agenda, internal communications and investigations.
  • You’ll also enhance Divisional Policy management capabilities and framework.


About you:

  • You are a strong Lawyer with proven experience in Compliance and have no less than 10 years        relevant experience in multinational FMCG environment, and you hold a University Degree- master’s in law.          
  • You are able to demonstrate both your theoretical expertise and practical experience with Data privacy/ GDPR, Competition law, Policy management & Compliance Investigations. Experience in the Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption field will be considered a plus.
  • You are fluent in English both verbal and written – it would be great if you were also fluent in other languages (Bulgarian, Serbian, Croatian).

You are a team    player, diplomatic and adept in dealing with energetic and demanding clients within tight timelines and with many cultures.
