POSM/Sales Material Specialist  

Based:  Sofia, Bulgaria

Reports to:  National Trade Marketing &Category Management Manager

Direct reports: No

 

The purpose of this role is to oversee the overall development and innovation of Point of Sales Materials (POSM) and to manage them - order and planning management, budget control, etc. This role is responsible for negotiations and contracts concerning POSM materials.

 

What you will do:

 

  • Responsible for yearly budgeting process preparation of in line with agreed Sales strategy.
  • Responsible for the development and production of POSM - on-time, within the agreed budget and ensure that quality is in accordance with signed contracts.
  • Responsible for negotiations, contracts preparation, and projects concerning POSM (procurement, suppliers, agency, warehouse, transport, third party, subcontractors etc.).
  • Manage and control the POSM materials, with related KPIs. Ensure all processes are followed. Constantly seek for improvement of provided services.
  • Prepare analytic reports of POSM written off per POCs, Reconciliation b/w SAP-Schenker-Hermes and coordinate physically stock counted per WS.

 

If you have the following  we want to hear from you!

  • At least 2 years stretching experience in similar position.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business related discipline.
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English.
  • Very good analytical skills.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Decision making oriented & able to quickly react to changing environment.

You are a team    player, diplomatic and adept in dealing with energetic and demanding clients within tight timelines and with many cultures.
