Key Account Manager

Based:  Sofia

Reports to: National Key Account Manager 

Direct Deports: No 

 

Position Overview:

 

Identify and assess business opportunities in the KA market, manages and develops the KA channel, maintains long-term relationships with assigned Key Accounts, ensures targeted market share achievement, and oversees negotiations with Key Accounts.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify and assess business opportunities in the KA market, develop long-term plans for channel development, and create yearly budgets for each KA client.
  • Develop negotiation strategies to enhance business opportunities for the KA channel, track business results, and manage client payments and invoices.
  • Initiate, plan, and execute commercial activities in the Key Account channel.
  • Maintain long-term business relations with assigned clients and conduct audit checks for trade terms compliance.
  • Participate in planning and performance review meetings, coordinate deliveries, list new products, and communicate price changes to clients.

  • 2+ years Key Account sales experience.
  • Deep understanding of the FMCG industry and the business.
  • Proficient in sales analysis.
  • Strong relationship management.
  • MS Office and English skills.
  • Negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Basic finance knowledge.
  • Key Account legal knowledge.
  • Proactive and organized.
  • Creative thinking.
  • Valid Category B Driving License.
