Insight Manager CEE

Based:  everywhere within Molson Coors’s locations in Central &Eastern Europe (CEE)

Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia

Reports to: Commercial Insight Sr. Manager CEE

The purpose of this position is to lead together with Commercial Insight Sr. Manager CEE business to better understand its Consumer, Customers, Categories, and wider business environment to reach objectives, build sustainable long-term strategies, identify opportunities and establish strong strategic partnership and world-class activations as part of First-Choice ambition.

 

What you will do:

 

  • Lead creation of insights strategies and plans for CEE and facilitates implementation of all insight’s projects in CEE countries. All to be done in cooperation with Division Insights team, to have most relevant insights in CEE and making sure we get the best value for our budgets spent.

 

  • Working closely with the Division Insight team and CEE regional and local teams, defines the structure within which we learn what we need about our consumers’ current and emerging behaviors. Identifies new, leading edge research methodologies

 

  • Support brand and innovation teams in developing brand and innovation strategies for CEE. Work closely with Innovation team and Beyond beer manager in order to assess the opportunities for innovation initiatives that will shape our Innovation strategy. Leading Design Thinking process in CEE.

 

  • Working together with commercial teams in order to define Consumer and Customers Led Strategies, Brand Profile and Big Ideas, evaluate Brand Health, Shopper, POC mapping and all other Research data, helps them define Key Growth Principles.

 

  • Share most relevant category and business insights that will drive our strategy and decision making in collaboration with local insights teams. Effectively transfer all collected data, research, knowledge to valuable and comprehensive insights that can be used for defining strategy in AOP/LRP process and to evaluate current status and company position on CEE market.

 

If you have the following  we want to hear from you!

 

  • University Degree.
  • 3+ years of relevant proven work experience in research, market analyses, insights and establishing methodologies.
  • Stockholder management as well as presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships within multicultural environment.
  • Curiosity and analytical thinking.
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written.
  • You put people first, you’ve proven your ability to operate and influence effectively across different cultures demonstrating flexibility of style and communication skills. You are a team    player, diplomatic and adept in dealing with energetic and demanding clients within tight timelines and with many cultures.
  • You are bold and decisive, you’re not phased by working across different jurisdictions and you can use your ability to coach and train the rest of the team, generating followership and buy in from commercial colleagues.
  • You take accountability, you are a creative problem solver with a high level of motivation, you excel in an autonomous and proactive working environment.
  • You learn every day, you proactively acquire and maintain business knowledge to contribute to strategy.
