For our Executive team and Customer Excellence department we are looking for:

Customer Excellence Director

The purpose of this role is to create and execute commercial strategies and to drive the brilliant implementation and fulfilment of local business goals and targets. In accordance with the commercial strategy, the Commercial Excellence Director role is to responsible for:

Main Responsibilities:

Lead the development of the country strategies to achieve the Kamenitza AD ambitions related to Filed Sales Management, Pricing and Revenue Management, Trade Marketing and Category Management and Asset Management.

Leading, development and management of Customer Excellence department in accordance with People Agenda to ensure right people on the right place, encourages team spirit and motivates employees.

Lead and oversee the development the commercial strategy and the trade marketing strategy on all distribution channels in line with the Molson Coors strategies.

As a part of Executive team oversees a company's developmental, strategic and financial decisions.

Establish commercial goals and fully own Commercial budgets within the Customer Excellence, implement policies and procedures, manage and negotiate relevant contracts and handle personnel decisions.

You will successfully cope with the role if you have the following:

10+ years of Commercial acumen (Sales, Marketing, Finance PPM) and at least 5 years experience in leading people on Senior role.

Proven track record of developing business requirements and identifying data patterns, trends and risks.

Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.

Demonstrated ability to work successfully with internal and external clients, in order to drive a company wide commercial agenda.

Excellent communication, organization and coordination skills.

English – advanced.

Excellent PC skills.
