Channel Manager Modern Trade

 

Location: Sofia – Head Office

Reporting to: National Trade Marketing & Category Manager

Direct reports: 1

 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented professional to lead our Modern trade channel strategy and drive its long-term development. As the Modern trade channel Manager, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the profitability of our Modern trade investments, implementing strategic initiatives, and building strong relationships with our sales teams.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Modern trade channel strategies and market programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor program implementation through regular field visits.
  • Cultivate relationships with Key account sales team and identify optimal locations for market programs.
  • Ensure successful implementation of market programs in the field.
  • Assist in establishing procedures to track investment performance against targets.
  • Manage budgets and monitor profitability, adjusting plans as needed.
  • Oversee the development and production of Point of Connection Materials (POCM).

 

Requirements:

  • University degree.
  • Sales, marketing, or trade marketing experience, with a focus on modern trade.
  • Project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Negotiation skills and strategic thinking.
  • Fluent in Bulgarian and English, both verbal and written.
  • Valid driver's license.
