Procurement Category Manager , iCAPEX & MRO

Based: Haskovo

Reports to: Senior Category Manager Supply BG/RO

Direct reports: No


How your job looks like …


  • Responsible for primarily managing industrial CAPEX & MRO(Maintenance, Repair, Operations)   and Utilities categories of intermediate to higher complexity within the country. This will include using strategic sourcing principles such as spend analysis, RFx, reverse auctions, contract management, negotiations, and supplier management. In first phase of assignment, this position will also look after raw/packaging/aux materials procurement for temporary period of time.


  • Managing stakeholders within the country and respective categories. Must be able to business partner with internal stakeholders aligning on company priorities and needs.  Stakeholders can be at the CLT(Country leadership team) level.


  • Maintaining a cost savings yearly target. Responsible for assessing and managing category risks and opportunities on a country.
  • Responsible for managing category AOP cycle including supporting the country with the local budgets.



If you have the following  we want to hear from you!

  • University Degree.         
  • 4-8 years of relevant proven work experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, spend analysis and contract negotiation skills;
  •  SAP experience.
  •  Contract management and e-sourcing tools experience
  •  Broad based experience in multinational category management and international teams;
  • Project management skills;
  •  Written and verbal communications skills in EN&BG language;
  •  Industry certification (ISM, CIPS or other relevant organization and understanding of the beverage or FMCG industry would are right flavor of desired profile;
  • You put people first, you’ve proven your ability to operate and influence effectively across different cultures demonstrating flexibility of style and communication skills. You are a team    player, diplomatic and adept in dealing with energetic and demanding clients within tight timelines and with many cultures.
  • You are bold and decisive, you’re not phased by working across different jurisdictions and you can use your ability to coach and train the rest of the team, generating followership and buy in from commercial colleagues.
  • You take accountability, you are a creative problem solver with a high level of motivation, you excel in an autonomous and proactive working environment.
  • You learn every day, you proactively acquire and maintain business knowledge to contribute to strategy.
  • You are energetic, passionate and positive; able to thrive in fast-paced environment and you celebrate success together with your team!
