Maintenance Lead RGB & KEG


Reports to: Line Lead RGB & KEG

The Maintenance Lead oversees preventive maintenance for assigned production lines, ensuring minimal downtime and cost-effective solutions. Works closely with the Line and Process Lead and serves as a link between the Operational and Maintenance teams.


Being valuable team member, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Contribute actively to Line Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings for RGB & KEG lines, executing the daily plan, and reporting the last 24 hours' results: preventive maintenance (PM), breakdowns, and insights from completed maintenance log cards.
  • Support development and lead segments of Line Daily Direction Setting, 90-Day loss-elimination plans, and the annual maintenance plan.
  • Oversee the Maintenance, Planning, and Scheduling System (MPS). Lead maintenance work scheduling for RGB & KEG lines according to the annual plan and identified tasks from monthly meetings. Ensure timely revision and updates of Maintenance Technical Documentation as needed.
  • Own the breakdown elimination DMS, aiming for breakthrough results in both Planned and Unplanned downtime, accountable for delivering KPI-Results.
  • Act as a coach and resource for RGB & KEG line teams, engaging actively in Line DDS-DMS. Responsible for corrective action, ensuring employees adhere to company policies and standards.

  • Diploma/Degree in Mech/Elec/Plant Engineering or relevant asset care experience
  • 2+ years in a manufacturing environment with engineering management exposure
  • Strong PC skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Initiative and adaptability to change, skilled at prioritization
  • Effective communication and collaborative interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to coach and train others effectively
