Location:  Haskovo, Bulgaria

Reports to: Customer Service Lead

Direct reports: No

 

Position overview:

The Customer Service Specialist acts as a liaison between our customers and the sales and production departments.

The role is responsible for the effective implementation of the order management processes and its compliance with internal procedures.

 

What you will do (key responsibilities):

 

  • Receive and register customer and sales requests and monitor their implementation
  • Support the sales team by actively communicating current promotions to customers
  • Work on customer complaints, bonuses and credit notes
  • Summarize and prepare performance reports
  • Strive to make optimal usage of distribution vehicles` capacity
  • Assist the Customer Service Lead in his daily work and the implementation of key projects/processes

 

If you have the following  we want to hear from you!

  • Preferably bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in sales and/or distribution would be considered as an advantage
  • English - basic level
  • Excellent command in MS Office, especially Excel (experience sorting and filtering data, Lookup and other functions)
  • Positive attitude
  • Analytical thinking
  • Effective Communication
