What you’ll do?

  • Manage the operations and activities of the regional Field Sales team through the team of six Area Sales Managers;
  • develop regional sales strategies and plans according to overall company commercial directions;
  • plan, implement and control all sales and promotional activities in order to achieve regional sales objectives;
  • control and manage sales budget and resources of the region;
  • visit customers and maintain excellent business relation with business partners;
  • work in the field with subordinates on regular basis;
  • proactively analyze sales and distribution data and reports (e.g., market trends, product assortment, competitors´ activities, customers´ problems) and make appropriate action plans to improve business results;
  • regularly submit proposals in order to develop competitive advantage for the company;
  • lead sales related projects and actively participate in cross-functional projects;
  • foster team spirit, motivate area managers and sales force in the region.


You need us, if you…:

  • have university degree, preferable in economics;
  • gained 5 years experiences in field sales or commercial management positions;
  • have strong commercial awareness & understanding of FMCG industry;
  • are a skilled communicator, who can influence others and negotiate brilliantly;
  • can lead a successful field sales regional team to achieve better business results;
  • have excellent command of English and Hungarian (written and spoken);
  • own a proactive and strategical mindset with an ability to lead projects which can be game-changer to our company;
  • can analyze sales data and trends & turn them into resultful actions.
