What you’ll do?

• translate sales forecast into production planning and inventory to ensure the requested beer quantities and stock keeping units (SKU’s) are delivered in time and full to all customers;
• manage production planning process short, medium and long term for Hungary and for export countries as well;
• coordinate standard operating procedure (SOP, IBPE) process with the requested frequency according to our management system;
• responsible for defining the raw, packaging and auxiliary materials inventory level & planning of all materials (raw, packaging, auxiliary) categories;
• coordinate and control the specific consumptions opening and modification/updating process;
• calculate and report all monthly key performance indicators (KPI’s) as an input of SOP/IBPE process;
• active cooperation with key stakeholders in sales (sales director & general manager, key account managers, wholesales managers), supply chain (supply chain director, production) and demand planning;
• lead, engage and develop a team of 3.

You need us, if you:

• have bachelor’s degree preferably in technical sciences or economics;
• gained min. 3 years experience in the field of production planning or demand planning (additional experience in commercial area is an advantage);
• are confident user of MS Office, focusing on Excel, Power BI, SAP;
• have excellent command in Hungarian and English;
• have outstanding analytical skills, with the ability of using different statistical analysis and challenge numbers;
• are an influential communicator who can drive the change in a cross-functional environment with all levels of management;
• are able to cope with stressful and challenging situations;
• know how to lead a team successfully to drive business results;
• have B category driving license
