Sales Reporting Expert

What you’ll do?

• Develop business intelligence data warehouse for internal business stakeholders (eg. Sales Managers, Sales team, KA, Marketing, Trade Marketing) and provide transparent market information for the organization;
• preparing daily, weekly, monthly reports in-line with business KPI’s. Control business drivers e.g discount policy and assets with transparent reports;
• report daily the sales’ results (sales data, distribution changes, POC Execution changes etc.) and challenge the commercial results to achieve plans;
• responsible for field sales route plans setting in the Route-To-Market (RTM) system;
• responsible for maintenance the systems’ settings and their master data in order to keep rules and KPI's in system;
• ensure the IT / RTM system capability (incl. telecommunication solutions) continuously improve IT/ RTM system in line business needs;
• lead the corresponding members of own team (RTM System Administrator, Expert User) and support their professional development;

You need us, if you:

• have bachelor’s degree in Economics or IT related fields;
• have at least 1-3 years’ experience in similar position;
• have advanced reporting capabilities in Excel (Macro, Power Pivot, Power Query), in power BI and familiar with SQL;
• fluency in English both written and spoken;
• experience with enterprise-class reporting and commercial ERP system;
• ability to direct the identification and resolution of technical problems as well as the design and delivery of IT solutions;
• good analytical skills, structured and well organized thinking;
• good project management, excellent presentation and communication skills.
