Pricing and Revenue Management Analyst

What you’ll do?

• Responsible for making decisions in annual pricing, in year pricing and new launch pricing through using all the right analytical methods, tools, and guidelines;
• playing main role in planning of annual pricing strategy based on research, macro environment analysis and competitor benchmarking;
• working on new ways of trade term frameworks to improve ROI in all channels;
• responsible for mix management by differentiating strategies between channels, customers, brands, packs, and SKU's;
• leading the implementation of all pricing and revenue management related initiatives;
• responsible for the construction of business cases with the right trade-off decision making scenarios for all initiatives to launch;
• daily work on joint projects with commercial controlling, sales and marketing;
• leading and coaching the work of Pricing and Revenue Specialist.

You need us, if you have:

• university/college degree or relevant work experience;
• 3-5 years relevant experience in FMCG;
• strategic and conceptual thinking;
• understanding of main commercial business drivers;
• analytical mindset;
• demonstrated ability to work successfully with stakeholders;
• efficient negotiation and interpersonal skills;
• problem solving and proactive character;
• advanced communication and presentation skills;
• experience in pricing/revenue management, sales or commercial finance is an advantage;
• experience in beer market is an advantage.
