What you’ll do?
- Manages country Legal & Corporate Affairs (CA) activities and operations per business and functional plans in order to ensure legal compliance and implementation under the direction of legal and corporate affairs director;
LEGAL:
- Provide high quality business legal counselling, in order to ensure local legal compliance and observance of internal rules and procedures;
- organize legal documents and applications, related to the different fields of activities of the company practices and procedures;
- ensure compliance with local regulatory framework and EU laws and regulations to the extend applicable;
- provide legal advice and support, then follow-up on issues concerning company's interest;
- engage and oversee outside counsel, government relations and advises on all regulatory matters.
CORPORATE AFFAIRS (CA):
- Manage and coordinate corporate affairs agenda including GR (Government Relations), support CR (Corporate Responsibility), PR (Public Relations) and ER (Employment Relations);
- support establishment and maintenance of sustainable or periodic relations with important stakeholders like industry and branch associations, companies from FMCG sector, NGOs, etc;
- support the creation and implementation of external and internal communication, including crisis management as well;
- serves as co-owner of the Code of Business Conduct: coordinate and manage all company issues related to ethics and compliance;
- contribute to ESG / CSRD compliance of the company based on global instructions.
You need us, if you:
- have masters’ degree in Law and bar exam;
- gained experience as an in-house Lawyer at least 5 years, preferably at large international company or law office;
- experience in CA and/or external communication is an advantage;
- own excellent knowledge of country law (Commercial, Labor, Contracts, Competition, Administrative) and about different legal requirements;
- can use English legal terminology in a proficiency level both written and verbal;
- are able to work independently and with others as well, who enjoy supporting different departments in a high service level;
- have driving license;
- can resolve problems rapidly and flawless at the same time.
