HORECA (On Trade) Customer Marketing Manager

  • Responsible for bringing world class activation at the point of purchase. 
  • Creating and using all relevant shopper/consumer/market insights to create, execute and evaluate first class activation plans across channels/customers.
  • Using principles of strategic thinking and executing in understanding shopper/customer/market needs is responsible for shaping world class Tailor made activation platforms (promo & CAPEX investments) on point of purchase. 
  • Drive the delivery of our Customer marketing solutions into key customers and channels: through the local Customer marketing  team and via direct strategic customer contacts. 
  • Drive customer/Event specific product/package creation and activation. 
  • Support, train and develop a team of engaged and highly capable Customer marketing managers recognized for their expertise, integrity and delivery of results 


Skills and Relevant Work Experience: 

  • Relevant Horeca knowledge and experience
  • Customer marketing professional with previous experience within beer business
  • Experience in leading people
  • Knowledge of the Hungarian beer market.
  • Knowledge of Customer marketing principles
  • Knowledge of how to build long term partnership with external business clients
