Field Sales Manager

The purpose of this position is to ensure brilliant execution of First choice ambition by working based on strategic guidance and standards.
Improve salesforce capability, effectiveness, and efficiency by managing and coordinating all activities.
       
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provides support in ensuring brilliant execution for consumers and customers, through the strategic framework       
  • Strong field sales insight to build and execute plans for field sales efficiency       
  • Provides strategic guidance based on the defined strategy         
  • Uses strong field sales insight to build and execute plans for field sales efficiency that include tracking & evaluating field sales performance and proactively suggesting new ways of doing routines/process/ system in a highly efficient way.     

 

Skills and Relevant Work Experience          

  • 1-3 years experience in Sales (preferably Field Sales, Customer Marketing)
  • Strong understanding of Beer market
  • Project management experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation
  • Advanced project and/or program management skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations
  • Change management skills
  • English – advanced
  • Computer skills (MS Office)
  • Driving License ‘B’ type
