What you’ll do?

• develop predictive analytics models based on industry trends and demand patterns to ensure business operations are timely and efficient;

• enrich the baseline statistical forecast as part of local Integrated Business Planning & Integrated Business Execution processes (IBP&IBE);

• provide active communication between Commercial department and Supply Planning team in order to sharing relevant information;

• track performance and communicate deviations from plan to respective stakeholders in the local IBP & IBE processes;

• identify differences in plans and prepare proposals in resolving gaps between unconstrained demand and constraint supply plan;

• drive culture of continuous improvement by reviewing and implementing best practice forecasting and demand planning processes.

You need us, if you…

• have bachelors’ degree in economics / statistics / supply chain management area;

• gained 3 years of proven experience in a similar position (analyzing, planning or controlling);

• have excellent command of English and Hungarian (written and verbal);

• are confident user of MS Office, focusing on Excel, Power Pivot;

• speak the common language with sales department;

• are good at challenge numbers and problem- solving;

• are an influential communicator who can drive the change in a cross-functional environment with all levels of management;

• own high level of accuracy and an excellent time-keeper;

• have the flexibility to occasionally travel to our plant in Bőcs and work from here.
