What you’ll do?
- Responsible for making decisions in annual pricing on country level, in year pricing and new launch pricing through looking into all influencing areas,
- achieved through using all the right analytical methods, tools, and guidelines,
- planning of annual country pricing strategy based on research, macro environment analysis and competitor benchmarking,
- finding the right trade term frameworks to improve ROI on all commercial investments launched, including Modern Trade, Traditional Trade and Horeca channel,
- responsible for projects optimization in mix management. Ranging from differentiation strategies between channels, customers, brands, packs, and SKU's to Pricing and revenue management driven innovations and rationalizations,
- acting as a Project manager in leading the implementation of all pricing and revenue management related initiatives through using the key principles of sound project management including acting as a clear coordinator and communicator,
- responsible for the construction of business cases with the right trade-off decision making scenarios for all initiatives to launch,
- leading and coaching of Pricing and Revenue Specialist,
- pricing and Revenue management is about SUSTAINABLY growing our BOTTOM-LINE RESULTS through finding OPPORTUNITIES within our 3 biggest P&L lines: GTO, DISCOUNTS and COGS.
You need us, if you have:
- university/college degree or relevant work experience,
- 5 years of experience in FMCG within revenue management, sales, or commercial finance departments,
- strategic and conceptual thinking,
- clear understanding of all main financial statements,
- understanding of main commercial business drivers,
- analytical mindset,
- demonstrated ability to work successfully with clients, to drive a wide company commercial agenda,
- change management and strong influencing, interpersonal and negotiation skills,
- problem solving and proactive mindset, Understanding of business and industry,
- advanced project or program management skills,
- advanced communication and presentation skills,
- experience in beer market is an advantage.
