What you’ll do?

• Develop and execute category strategies and meet agreed Procurement KPIs;
• Lead your team of procurement specialists to be responsible for their own delegated category strategy execution;
• Manage supplier portfolio, coordinate local and multiple country projects ensuring key operational standards are met and supplier performance is maximized;
• Ensure the best sourcing principles are implemented in your areas of responsibility such as spend analysis, RFx, reverse auctions, contract management, negotiations and supplier management;
• Identify new way of working with suppliers and our business to improve our working capital performance and target savings;
• Represent Procurement on country, regional and divisional level; maintain strong business partnering with senior level internal stakeholders including the Country Leadership Team;

You need us, if you:

• are a Senior Procurement Manager with at least five years of experience, preferably in the FMCG sector;
• have people and stakeholder management experience;
• are an expert in strategic sourcing, supplier management, spend analysis, and contract negotiation skills;
• have worked in a multinational environment;
• have strong project management skills;
• you communicate exceptionally well in Hungarian and English, both verbal/written;
• have bachelor’s degree, preferably in economics.

Preferred:

• Industry certification (ISM, CIPS or other relevant organization);
• SAP, contract management system, e-sourcing system experience;
• Experience with AI driven Procurement tool.

Place of work: Budapest or Bőcs
