iCapex&MRO Manager - 1 year contract

 

Position overview

 

The Category Manager iCAPEX & MRO will have an operational/supply risk focus and will be responsible for managing iCAPEX & MRO categories of intermediate to higher complexity within their country/cluster. This will include using strategic sourcing principles such as spend analysis, RFx, reverse actions, contract management, negotiations and supplier management.

Responsibilities  

  • Managing 3-7 local/regional categories of intermediate to higher complexity.
  • Leads all negotiations as related to these categories.
  • Understand country/region business priorities and needs.
  • Ensure contract compliance once agreement is signed
  • Managing local/regional suppliers, including scorecarding and actively monitoring KPI's.
  • Responsible for delivering category RO's on the national level. Will be managing a large number of supplier relationships
  • Maintaining cost savings target
  • Responsible for assessing and managing category risks and opportunities on a country/cluster level
  • Managing stakeholders within their country/cluster and respective categories.
  • Must be able to business partner with internal stakeholders aligning on company priorities and needs. 
  • Responsible for managing category AOP cycle including supporting countries/clusters with their local budgets

Requirements

  • Relevant work experience 4-8 years
  • Strong strategic sourcing, supplier management, spend analysis, and contract negotiation skills
  • SAP experience
  • Contract management, spend analysis, and e-sourcing tools experience
  • Broad based experience in multinational category management and international teams
  • Strong project management skills
  • Effective written and verbal english skills
  • Understanding of the beverage or FMCG industry
