What is the main purpose of this position?

 

This role oversees and provides delivery of HR transactional processes, administration, maintenance of local HRIS systems and processes, administrative support for HR policies, procedures, and processes in assigned country/ countries and serves as liaison between In - Country HR Operations Specialists and GBS HR Data Specialists.

 

You will contribute to the business growth through: 

 

  • Overseeing production of HR documents from Hire to Retire, such as contracts, onboarding packages, exit packages etc., via HR Data Specialists
  • Managing updates of HR policies, procedures, and processes in assigned countries.
  • Providing guidance and help to line managers with queries that are covered by existing policies and procedures.
  • Delivering continuous improvement to optimize line manager and employee experience. 
  • Overseeing local benefits administration needs through country HR Specialist. 
  • Maintaining knowledge of employment & payroll legislation to ensure compliance for each country within cluster of responsibility.
  • Improving HRIS processes and systems to ensure high standards of HR processes, data accuracy, availability, and SOX compliance within the business via liaison with country HR Leadership Teams. Also ensuring that local SOP's and Process Maps are up to date and act as local SME consultant for divisionally owned systems and processes. 
  • Overseeing provision of timely and accurate administrative support for cluster payroll administration and related activities including on-going local compliance and governance.
  • Managing updates of HR portal, policies, procedures, and processes working with the Business Process Owners. 
  • Managing Payroll related vendors and key stakeholders i.e. HRD's, HRBP's and the business.

 

If you have the following skills/knowledge, we will be pleased to hear from you!

 

  • Strong experience in HR Operations, HRIS, Payroll and Employee Relations (including knowledge of labor legislation).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, combining HR Operational expertise with pragmatic and commercial thinking.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills with experience of managing multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High levels of Communication to manage third parties and key stakeholders
  • Ability to work competently with numerical information.
  • Experience of working in a highly confidential role and environment.
  • Fluent English
