Field Sales Management Process Coordinator

 

What You Will Be Accountable For:

 

To implement, monitor and audit the MCCEP program and all functions related to it, according to the sales policy and MCCEP manual.

 

Our growth-focused FSM Process Coordinator will:

  • Be able to implement the Molson Coors Commercial Excellence Program and coach others on it;
  • Take action before being asked to avoid project’s bottle necks;
  • Be consumer focused – starting and ending everything with consumer in mind. 

 

You will contribute to the Molson Coors Commercial Excellence Program development through:

  • Offers support to the Distributor’s sales team in implementing MCCEP and DSS processes;
  • Analyzes and proposes improving actions to the DTR’s to develop the core Business pillars (People, Sales, Delivery, Storage, IT, Finance);
  • Evaluates process implementation and Sales Excellence KPI’s and Sales Performance Reviews;
  • Offers support to the sales team in terms of MCCEP processes implementation;
  • Trains and coaches the DTR’s sales team to make sure MCCEP processes understood and correctly applied;
  • Sets the benchmark for every pillar and evaluates the results against the benchmark;
  • Sets an action for every DTR in his/her area and follows up on it, together with the Area Sales Managers;
  • Audits the POC execution against the Bergenbier execution manual and promo implantation.

 

If you have the following…we want to hear from you!

  • University Degree;
  • Professional sales or distribution experience in FMCG of at least 2 years;
  • Knowledge and previous experience in traditional trade and Key Accounts sales;
  • Strong commercial awareness and a comprehensive understanding of the business;
  • Ability to work with figures and drawing meaningful conclusions;
  • Advanced communication skills to be able to train and coach others;
  • Sales and negation skills to be able to build partnerships with various stakeholders;
  • Advance user in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power point;
  • Fluent in English – both verbal & written;
  • Valid driver’s license.
